The reunion of "Britpop legends" Oasis has been overshadowed by a fatal accident involving a concertgoer.

The British media outlet BBC reported on August 4th (KST), "One concertgoer died during the 'OASIS LIVE-25 TOUR' held in London."

Oasis performed as part of their world tour at Wembley Stadium in London on August 3rd. The venue is a massive concert hall that can accommodate approximately 90,000 people.

Police received a report around 6:19 AM (10:19 PM UK time) that a male audience member had fallen from the third tier and sustained severe injuries. Medical personnel were dispatched to the scene but pronounced the individual dead on arrival. Local police confirmed, "The concertgoer was pronounced dead at the scene."

Oasis released a statement, saying, "We are shocked and saddened by the tragic news of this death," and "We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends."

Police are currently investigating the specific circumstances of the accident. They have requested that anyone who witnessed the incident or has video footage from their mobile phone to contact them.

This concert was a celebration of Oasis's reunion. Brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher ended their long-standing feud last year and announced the tour.

Following the London concert, Oasis is scheduled to tour Ireland, Canada, the United States, and Mexico. They also have a concert scheduled in South Korea in October.
