Actress Kim So-yeon is set to take the mound at Jamsil Baseball Stadium.
Kim So-yeon will throw the ceremonial first pitch for Game 2 of the '2025 KBO Postseason' Korean Series match between the LG Twins and the Hanwha Eagles, taking place on the 27th at Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
She is a long-time fan of the LG Twins, having supported the team since the days of its predecessor, the MBC Cheongryong. She once famously stated in an interview that she "almost cried when the team secured a spot in the playoffs."
Expressing her excitement for the event, Kim So-yeon said, "I hope the players stay safe and deliver a great game. I will also prepare diligently to show my best."
Meanwhile, Kim So-yeon last starred as Han Jung-sook, one of the door-to-door 'Bangpan Sisters,' in the JTBC drama 'The Virtuous Business,' which concluded last year.
