Actor Han Seok-kyu is set to become a new kind of hero, helping people in crisis in his own unique way.

tvN's new drama 'Mr. Shin Project' (written by Ban Gi-ri, directed by Shin Kyung-soo) announced Han Seok-kyu's casting on the 13th, stating, "Han Seok-kyu has been cast in the role of Mr. Shin."

'Mr. Shin Project' is a work that portrays a nationwide communication project. It tells the story of a negotiation master who mediates disputes for people in crisis in an era plagued by communication breakdown.

Han Seok-kyu will play Mr. Shin, who operates a chicken restaurant. Mr. Shin is a negotiator with a hearty personality and clear speaking skills who mediates conflicts whenever disputes arise between neighbors.

His true identity sparks curiosity. He possesses a boldness that is hard to believe for a regular chicken restaurant owner, and is well-equipped with both eloquent speech and a bold gambler's spirit.
