ENHYPEN collaborated with the city of Seoul, lighting up major landmarks alongside their fandom, ENGENE.
ENHYPEN has been running the offline event 'ENHYPEN Final THE CITY SEOUL' (hereafter 'THE CITY') since the 11th of last month, celebrating their World Tour Encore concerts.
The 'THE CITY' project is an urban-style concert playpark. It offers an expanded fan experience by hosting various events throughout the city before and after the artist's concert dates.
This marks the second time the group has launched 'THE CITY.' Last year, ENHYPEN created unforgettable memories for global ENGENEs in Jakarta, Indonesia.
This latest 'THE CITY' edition was strategically planned around Seoul’s layout. It focused on optimizing fan movement by centering activities around key hubs: Sinchon/Hongdae, Gwanghwamun/Myeongdong, and Jamsil.
Sinchon and Hongdae featured participatory activities like random play dances. Gwanghwamun and Myeongdong offered landmark and Food & Beverage (F&B) collaboration programs.
A pop-up store was operated in Jamsil, near the concert venue, KSPO Dome at Olympic Park. By customizing distinct themes and activities for each hub, the project enhanced convenience for attendees.
The collaboration holds significance as ENHYPEN partnered with the municipal government as Seoul City Ambassadors. Media facade videos featuring the group were broadcast at locations such as the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP).
A brand representative involved in the ENHYPEN event expressed astonishment, saying, "This collaboration made us feel the power of K-Pop. The number of foreign visitors surged during ENHYPEN's concert period."
HYBE explained, "'THE CITY,' based on collaboration with Seoul City, maximized synergy by prominently featuring ENHYPEN and the concert across key landmarks."
Related events are scheduled to continue into next month. The agency requested continued interest, noting, "The Photoism frames and certain collaborative cafes will remain operational until December."
