Entertainer Kim Na-young has announced that she is set to marry artist My Q.
Kim Na-young shared the news via her personal YouTube channel on the 1st. "I have decided to become family with My Q, who has protected me with great love and trust by my side for the past four years," she stated.
The couple first confirmed their relationship in 2021. My Q proposed to Kim Na-young in January 2023. She confessed that accepting the proposal took time: "I received the proposal quite a while ago. I was hesitant to decide, as I lacked courage and was overwhelmed with fear."
She ultimately decided to take the step forward, motivated by My Q’s dedication. "The trust, love, and devotion that My Q showed to me and my children over this not-so-short period moved my heart," she explained. "I took courage with the thought that yesterday's matters should not stand in the way of who I am today."
The wedding will be a small, private affair attended only by family and relatives. Kim Na-young conveyed her gratitude to the public, promising, "I will live my life with all the strength fueled by the countless support I have received, and I will let that love flow to a wider place."
Kim Na-young previously married in 2015 and divorced in 2019. She has two sons from her previous marriage.
