aespa has confirmed a rapid comeback, with their agency stating they are preparing for a new album release in September.
SM Entertainment told Dispatch today, July 14th, that "aespa is preparing an album with a comeback in September as the goal." The group is scheduled to film the music video for their new song next week.
Quick Return and Million-Seller Streak
Reportedly, choreographer Leejung will be participating in the new song's choreography. This marks aespa's comeback just three months after the release of their second single album, 'Dirty Work,' on June 27th.
With 'Dirty Work,' aespa achieved their sixth consecutive million-seller title. Starting with their second mini-album 'Girls,' they have consistently surpassed one million units in sales. Their new release will aim for a seventh consecutive million-seller.
Upcoming Concerts
Meanwhile, aespa will hold their 'Live Tour Synk: Axis Line in Seoul' at the KSPO Dome in Olympic Park, Seoul, from August 29th to 31st. Following these concerts, they will embark on a full-scale world tour.
