Rapper San E (40) has received a decision of non-referral to prosecution regarding allegations of joint residential trespassing and joint property damage at a female singer's residence.

San E disclosed the police investigation results on his social media today, July 8th. The Yangcheon Police Station in Seoul notified him of "a decision of non-referral regarding violations of the Act on Punishment of Violence, etc. (joint residential trespassing, joint property damage, etc.)," effectively clearing him of the charges.

Background of the Allegations

San E was sued in March by Retha (23), a rapper signed to his label, FameUs Entertainment. Retha had filed a complaint against San E and an agency official, referred to as "Mr. A," for joint residential trespassing and joint concealment of property.

Retha claimed that while she was in China due to her visa expiring, San E instructed Mr. A to remove and dispose of her personal belongings from her South Korean residence.

She alleged that this entire process was unauthorized, stating that she had never given San E or Mr. A her home's password, and the removal of her belongings occurred without her consent.

Police Findings

The police concluded that there was insufficient evidence to support San E's alleged involvement. "Due to insufficient evidence related to the case, a decision of no charges was made," the police stated.

Meanwhile, Retha is a Chinese rapper who debuted in 2022 with the single 'RETA.' Last year, she participated in JTBC's 'Girls on Fire.'
