IVE has heightened anticipation for their comeback by revealing a special new poster for their upcoming album.
Starship Entertainment posted the "Secret" version poster for IVE's fourth mini-album, "IVE SECRET," on the group's official social media today, August 13th.
The poster introduces the concept of an "Evil Cupid" who, rather than mediating for others, aims an arrow at themselves. This imagery delivers IVE's signature message of self-determination and agency.
Hidden Details and Artistic Collaboration
The props in the poster are also full of meaning. Six specific details—horns, arrows, arrowheads, and tail ends—are hidden within the design, each symbolizing a role given to the members.
This poster was created in collaboration with the street artist DOZEE, an artist renowned for conveying social messages through their street art. DOZEE has garnered attention for collaborations with numerous global brands, including luxury brands like Balenciaga, Coach, and TNGT, incorporating their unique visual style into each project.
Meanwhile, IVE's album, 'IVE SECRET,' which aims to subvert their existing image and present a more dimensional worldview, is set for release on August 25th at 6 PM KST.
