Actor Park Bo-gum is set to open and operate a hair salon alongside fellow actors Lee Sang-yi and Kwak Dong-yeon.
tvN announced on the 19th, "Park Bo-gum, Lee Sang-yi, and Kwak Dong-yeon will star in the new variety program 'Bo-gum Magical,' scheduled to air in the first half of next year."
'Bo-gum Magical' is a reality show that captures Park Bo-gum running a special hair salon with his close friends, Lee Sang-yi and Kwak Dong-yeon, in an isolated rural village.
Park Bo-gum is a certified barber, having acquired his national license while serving in the military. The show will allow him to live out the hair designer's life he envisioned during that time.
Having cut the hair of his fellow soldiers, the actor is reportedly already proficient. Nevertheless, he is said to be passionately dedicated to practicing his skills for the show.
Lee Sang-yi is expected to charm the villagers with his keen observation skills and boundless energy. Utilizing his signature sociability, he transforms the hair salon into a popular neighborhood gathering spot.
Kwak Dong-yeon showcases his side as a 'pro-worker.' Thanks to his long experience living alone, he provides all-around support, from cooking to various repairs, assisting with any task needed.
Anticipation is high for their chemistry. The three stars have been preparing for the program for approximately one year, paying close attention to location scouting, remodeling, and interior design.
'Bo-gum Magical' is scheduled to premiere in the first half of next year.
