Key of the group SHINee is set to participate in a special fan meet-up event.

Melon announced today, August 13th, that they will hold an exclusive fan meet-up invitation event for their subscribers as the first promotion for a new performance series, "The Moment: Live on Melon."

The series, designed for Melon subscribers, will feature fan meet-ups and special concerts at the Chungmu Arts Center Grand Theater in Sindang-dong, Seoul.

Key will be the first artist to kick off the series. His special promotional fan meet-up, "KEY's Salon," will be held on October 2nd and is linked to his third full-length album, "HUNTER." Key will use the event to interact directly with fans, sharing behind-the-scenes stories about his new album and honest thoughts on his music.

Exclusive Event for Melon Subscribers

More detailed information about "KEY's Salon" can be found on the "Melon Benefits" (formerly Melon Lounge) page. The event will invite 1,100 paid Melon subscribers. To be selected, fans must pay attention to their "closeness index" (a measure of engagement), as a higher score with Key increases their chances of winning. The application period runs until September 3rd.

Melon will be featuring other fan meet-ups and special performances in the series as well. The special concerts, which include artists like 10cm, Soran, and OKDAL, can be attended through paid ticket reservations. Members with a "Gold" or higher membership will receive a pre-sale opportunity, while "VIP" members will get a 50% discount.
